Like others have said, Transmissions are complicated. Craig and his team diagnosed the issue accurately and communicated clearly throughout the process. My truck is running like brand new. I highly recommend. And the lovely lady who answers the phone is always a pleasure. Many thanks.

These guys give you your money's worth. Transmissions can be tough for the customer - if a transmission has to come out of a car for a rebuild, you're looking at a couple grand, bare minimum. But Craig is clearly used to explaining the cost of these repairs to people who are not too happy to hear about them (as I was), and he very clearly delineates where each dollar is going. He worked with me to determine the right repairs that stayed within my budget. His mechanics got the work done in a reasonable timeframe and communicated with me clearly about when my car would be finished. Craig even allowed me to bring the car back after a couple weeks for a complimentary test drive, just to make sure everything was holding up fine. My car shifts more smoothly than I've ever felt in its 10-year lifespan, and that is thanks to these fine folks. A note, however: as of July 2025, if you pay with a credit card, they do pass on a 3% surcharge to their customers. Because the cost of the repairs can run in the thousands, it can mean hundreds in extra charges. I paid in cash and had no problems, but from a convenience perspective I admit it would have been lovely to use a credit card.

I find car troubles to be super stressful, but everyone I interacted with here made the process so painless! The receptionist is so kind and personable, and Craig was incredibly helpful! He was able to get me back on the road much quicker than he originally estimated and gave me regular updates along the way! I hope I never have to deal with transmission troubles again, but if I do, I’ll absolutely be coming back here.

These guys are truly trustworthy! I had a car towed in, first time doing business there. Craig is very patient, and really understands business ethics. He got my car in and out in two days.
